General Remarks
  • Availabilities of items are restricted to stock quantities. No prior notice would be post for any out-of-stock products.
  • We reserve the rights to change product information and prices, delivery charges and shopping terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to make all final decisions in the case of any dispute.
Payment Method
  • We accept payment via PayPal and Alipay . If you want to pay with other methods, please contact us at
    eshop@thecore.hk .
  • We DO NOT accept payment via credit cards directly.
Freight Charge
  • If total purchase of an order exceeds HK$ 200, FREE shipping would be offered.
  • If total purchase is less than HK$ 200, HK$ 40 per order would be charged.
Shipping Information
  • We ship Worldwide to counties with mail services.
  • We ship the order within 2 business days after the payment is confirmed.
  • Please provide FULL address for shipping in case of any delivery problems or lost of shipments.
  • Overseas orders are shipped out with Hong Kong using International Registered Air Mail via Hong Kong Post Office. For orders from Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong, they would be shipped with Registered Surface Mail via Hong Kong Post Office.
  • Normally, the shipment would take around 14 days to the destination. Please Note that delivery to France or Italy would take longer time because of the customs clearing procedures. Hong Kong orders generally would be delivered within 3 business days.
  • We will send an email notification with Tracking Number to you after the order has been dispatched.
  • Please contact us at eshop@thecore.hk if you have not received the item after 14 days.
Return Policy
  • Customers who would like to return product(s) for repair, replacement or refund, please contact us with email to eshop@thecore.hk .
  • In order to arrange replacements or refund, Customers should return the damaged products with packing materials and purchase invoice to us for investigation. Items for refund must be shipped back to us with 30 days upon receipt of products.
  • After checked the returned damaged products and certifications, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request.
  • Please be reminded that we will not be responsible for any damage or lost of products occurred by postal failure.
  • Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
